Never.Too drying in the winter. If we hit the pool in the summer we'll at least rinse off. 1-2/ week is our winter norm though.

My 11 yo is just about ready for daily showers. Nobody else is, unless it's summer and they're grungy.
My first didn't have a shower until 3. My 2nd had one at about 3 months. My 3rd was about 1 week.
