Stroller recommendation for almost 3yo

Hello - I need a stroller recommendation for my DS who is 36 in & 32lbs, turning 3 in May.

My favorite stroller has been the Jeep Liberty Sport, but it seems kind of heavy to push now, and one of the tires busted...not worth it to replace. I most like that it has 3 wheels...front one turns easily & they are sort of pneumatic, so the ride is a bit softer. I also love the big basket and the great hood coverage.

My primary use would be to walk into town on new sidewalks (but still a fairly bumpy ride), downhill into town, uphill going back home. And walking the dog on rather bumpy ground.

He is my last child so I don't want to spend a ton, but when I see the Bob Revolution 12 online, it looks like what I want ($400). I can't test-drive it...no stores nearby.

We'd be keeping it in the garage, mostly.

Yeah, I'd go with a BJ City Series Elite or Classic. The canopies are much higher than the BOBs.

Thanks for this! Wish you had read & responded sooner because your help sounds spot on! I ended up getting the Bob Revolution and I love it except for - guess what?! - the canopy! It's not high enough! But I got a good deal for a new one, with $80 off at REI, and my son loves it too.
