Is this a good deal for Dreamer Design stroller?

I want to say I was able to find an owner's manual online (if you don't have one) and it showed how to collapse it. Seriously, it was crazy, though...

Thank you for suggesting the online owner's manual. I just read it and I was able to fold the bike (amazing!). It was actually pretty easy for this stroller -- a two step process of pulling the sliders and pushing the handle down. I'm not sure why it didn't work earlier, but I'm happy it works now!
