    Default 1-year-old bedtime

what time does your 1-year-old go to bed and how long does he take a nap for?

DD sleeps for 12 hours through the night and only does 1 nap, it's usually 2 hours, but lately she's been trying to get back up after 1 hour and I don't know if I should try to put her back down.

DS2 sleeps from about 7:30 to 7 overnight. Then a nap from 10-11 and again 2-4 or so.

Schedule has held steady for many months now so even though ds is 19m I can still answer.

Nap time- somewhere in the 1-4pm range, 2-3 hours.
    Bedtime- 10pm
    Wake up- 9-10am

At 1yo he was still waking up 1-2 times/ night.

DS is almost 13 months old, but has kept the same basic schedule for about four months or so. He sleeps 7:00 pm to about 6:00 am, naps for about 45 minutes in the midmorning (starting around 9:00 or so), and then naps for about an hour or so around 1:30 or 2:00 in the afternoon. I'm sure he'll start giving up one of his naps in the near future, but I'm enjoying it while it lasts!

DS (turned 1 couple of weeks ago) was 11months old when he started daycare. Until then he was doing 1hr nap at 9:30am and another 1hr nap at 2:30pm and sleeping from between 7:30-8pm to 6:30-7am. Tried 2 naps at daycare but didnt work out since all the other kids were on 1 nap. So now he does 1hr nap at ~12:30-1pm and bedtime is still the same. But at home he can still do the 2 1hr naps.
