I ordered my wedding dress from them and when it arrived the ribbon that laced up the back of the dress was missing. When I contacted JPB it took them 2 weeks to respond to my 5 emails..They blamed the designer of the dress, and said that that if I wanted the ribbon I had to pay $60 US and it would take 4-6 weeks! I am really angry that I have to pay for something that I have already paid for and should've been attached to the dress!! I also don't understand why it would take 4-6 weeks for them to get it to me. Do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from this company!
