My DS has this faint bumpy red rash all over the front of his torso. Is this heat rash or eczema?

Doesn't sound like eczema to me. Heat rash is more likely. It could also be an allergic reaction I suppose.

Has he had a fever at all recently? If so, maybe 5th's disease?

Sounds like a heat rash to me. I've seen that on my son a couple times.

It could also be contact dermatitis. Have you switched detergents/soaps/etc or put any unwashed clothes on him?

Thanks ladies, No new soaps or clothes. He has had a slight fever recently, but no rash in the face, only the front torso. I checked it this morning and it is almost gone. We did have our very first 90+ degree heat days this past weekend though, so I thought it might be heat rash. He did have bad eczema as a baby.
