Default Anyone know anything about B2 Vitamins?

DS has been getting some sore on his tongue over the summer. My Mom suggested to get him some B2. Does anyone know anything about B2?

I started taking a B complex vitamin after I read that it could help prevent canker sores, which I used to get all.the.time. I can't prove a link, of course, but I experienced a dramatic reduction in the frequency of flare-ups. I still take it every day because I'm afraid to stop!

It's water soluble. So, if you just pee out the extra that your body doesn't need. For that reason, it's really hard to OD on B vitamins.

Vitamin B2 is Riboflavin. I take super high doses as a way to prevent migraine headaches. Like PP have stated, it is water soluable.
