DS loves plain, steamed chicken from the chinese take out. I have several chicken breasts in the fridge that i need to do something with tonight and i figured i'd steam them, but i don't have a steamer per se! Can i put a cooling rack in my electric fry pan and steam them that way?

I've actually never steamed chicken! Now that it's back to school we need to do a lot less eating out around here but i'm tired of the stash of meatballs, ziti & ground beef that i find easy to cook in bulk and freeze.
