Solids in the first year of life are for practice and shouldn't replace breastmilk or formula. As baby grows from 6 months of age to 12 months of age, intake of breastmilk or formula would increase. Solids should not interfere with that. If they do, then solids should be decreased.

this link says to multiply 2.5 ounces by each pound of body weight to determine how much formula a baby should get. Baby's weight increases therefore formula intake should increase, yes?

I agree with brittone. Offer breastmilk if baby needs more fluids.
