I usually check both fat wallet and ebates before purchasing on evreward and then check each on FW/Ebates. I just made a purchase at the Gap a week or so ago and swore FW was higher at 3% but Ebates (usually 2%?) is showing GAP/ON at 10% through 11/30. I think I just looked at EVreward, and maybe it wasn't updated.
So double check before you purchase as I think I assumed FW was higher and missed out on 7%!

I don't think it was 10% a week ago, because I checked when I was going to order with F&F and it wasn't 10%. I think it had been 10%, then went back down, and then back up again, so don't kick yourself!
