The red & green layer cookies. I think usually called 7 layer cookies. The homeade ones are soo much more moist and delicious then any bakery ones I have tried. We make them with apricot preserves instead of raspberry.
Just wanted to say thanks for the recipes. I made the peppermint chippers and the saltine bark stuff and both were a big hit. The recipes are in my cupboard to become yearly tradition recipes (not that I need them, my spare tire is getting bigger!).
