Default Ergo infant insert - old style or new style?

We used the Ergo baby a TON with DD1, starting at about 6 months. I understand that it can be used with an infant/newborn if you use the infant insert. Now Ergo has introduced a new "heart to heart" insert. I'm wondering if anyone has used this, and if it is recommended over the old flat insert? Here are the two styles: http://www.ergobabycarriers.com/baby...infant_insert/

Haven't...as it wasn't out when DS2 was born. Just a thought though... wonder what the dimensions are. My DSs were super-long and their feet stuck out the end of the old one most of the time. Actually, I didn't use it very much at all w/DS2 b/c he was big enough to go right into it w/o an insert (if that isn't scary!) I know someone asked about it a few months ago, so maybe she tried it!

Someone posted their review of it here a couple of months ago. Maybe look up that thread?
