    I made this recipe this weekend with a crock pot and it is wonderful! Really enjoying varying it by adding fruit, adding vanilla, straining it to make more of a greek yogurt or yogurt cheese consistency, etc. It does make a LOT at once, though, so be ready to eat yogurt for several days
