    Default Tiny Love Windchime Recall

    http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml10/10136.html

If you happen to have the Tiny Love activity mat, check the windchimes. The duck chime (#811) is part of the play mat. I knew I had that duck somewhere....Ds #2 plays with it all the time.

Thanks for the head's up. DD1 and DD2 LOVE the wind chimes. I hope the replacement toy is something similar that they can bat at.

Thanks for the link. That's DS's favorite, of course.

I notice that the sell date was between 2002 and 2010. So I guess I can send the one I bought in 2003 back for a replacement.

Crap. DDs love this toy. Hopefully the replacement will be another windchime - but I'm not holding my breath.

We have these too, and love them. I doubt they will replace with windchimes.

If anyone gets a replacement, please post what you received. It's such a pain to go to the post office and then have to pay to return this. I have the one that's 3 chimes together, and I'm worried that I'll just get a little rattle in return. It may not be worth the trouble and expense.

Usually with a recall they send you a postage paid envelope to return it in, so no expense to you.

Ugh, now I've got to remember, if I am ever so lucky to have another child, to track down the duck and deal with this - what are the odds of that happening???
