I am on board....but I am a little afraid to do my assessment. I have not done one lick of exercise beyond a slow stroll around the block since before Snoobaby was born! You mamas are good influences.

OK, I just did the initial assessment. What a wake-up call! I'm ashamed to say I haven't really done sit-ups since DD was born via C-Section 13 months ago.

After I finished my assessment, I stood up, got dizzy and promptly experienced complete abdominal cramping. Wow - I used to do sit-ups all the time and had never experienced that before! I got down on the floor in a cobra pose and that took away the pain right away.

DH looked at me, smiled & said...I guess you're in rehab! Thanks honey.

Sign me up! I'll do the assessment tomorrow when the kids are napping (DS likes to try to sit on me when I do crunches).

I just did mine but lost count..either 39 or 49. I will redo it again Friday and get a better count (maybe ). I don't know that it really matters since I intend to start at "week 1" regardless of what the result is.

Keep the inputs coming! I'm thinking I will track our weekly progress..at the end of each week on Saturday, we must redo our "assessment" and we can see how much better we did than the week before. The directions have us re-do the assessment in wider increments, but I want to see the weekly improvement. You can't do too many sit ups right ?

Just did my initial test and got 100. I started getting tired around 30, but once I hit 40 I got a second wind and just kept going! l'm surprised since I don't think I've done a single crunch in the past 3 years!
