We have organic full fat yogurt from a local dairy. Jack seems to really like the peach. Yobaby is doable it has alot of sugar in some of the flavors.
I usually buy for us then give my kids some. Mine also like greek yogurt w/ fruit pruee.
As for cheese any kind really by 9 months mine had all had string cheese ( mooching off us) and shredded cheese on their food esp scrabbled eggs

Everything happens for a reason, sometimes the reason is you're stupid and make bad decisions
We started with Yobaby and string cheese as well.

FAGE Greek total plain yogart, often with frozen blueberries stirred in.
I'll also do 2% FAGE, especially if I buy a huge tub. That way, I feel I can have some. The total is delicious, but more caloric than I like.
I buy Stonyfield plain full fat yogurt, with cream on top for DS. He likes it plain, but sometimes I'll put some pureed fruit in it.

whatever you try, start small like tablespoon
maybe a lactose free version of something
Unless dc's had milk based formula
DD 7 - outgrew dairy allergy 6/13/11 - She had FPIES http://bit.ly/WhatIsFPIES
We mixed plain whole milk yogurt with unsweetened pureed fruit. Peaches were a favorite.
For cheese, we just gave small amounts of whatever we were eating. Both kids really liked sharp cheddar.
