What dishwasher detergent to use?

If you wash your bottles and sippys in the dishwasher, what dishwasher detergent do you use?

The plastic nipple and sippy parts on my cups always come up with a cloudy film and it just doesn't seem clean. Thus, I hand wash my stuff.

I've tried Electrasol Jet tablets, Cascade gel detergent.

My dishwasher is also new and I use the normal cycle.

I've heard that the film is because of too much detergent.Try putting less detergent or fill the dishwasher to max.

I wash the glass part of my bottles in the dishwasher. We use Cascade Powder and that Jet Dry rinse stuff. I don't have a problem. Our dishwasher is new too.

Could you have hard water in your area?
