Too funny. Over here we call Ramen "soup". Makes it sound much healthier.

I'm gonna try making chicken fried Ramen noodles tomorrow. You had me thinking since you mentioned the egg.
I make a really good salad that uses Ramen noodles.

MMmmm! I have a recipe somewhere for Raman noodle salad. You break up the noodles (uncooked) and toast them in a pan with some butter, toast some almonds and toss it in a spinach salad. With cranberries or strawberries. And a vinegarette with honey...I have to find that!!!!

DD loves salt and noodles. I'm thinking maybe she could try some Ramen without permanent damage!

My older DD LOVES ramen noodles! She'd eat them every night for dinner if I'd let her, LOL! (And there's many a night that she's gotten them too.)

Post, post, pretty please post the recipe. That sounds so good!!!
To OP, you could do a LOT worse. I think of ramen (without the flavoring with all the salt) with frozen veggies and egg or chicken as a well balanced meal. Used to do it every day before kids

I like ramen wo/the seasoning packet for stir fries, or with 1/2 the packet for "soup". It's pretty salty, but sometimes I crave it.
