Children's Books on Kindle

When you get a children's book on the Kindle, does it show the illustrations?

I want to download some Magic Treehouse for DS, so I'm just curious if we'll be able to see the pictures. It's not really a deal breaker, I suppose, since there's only a few.

I think so. It may be title specific but I know for sure illustrations have shown in other books I've downloaded.
