Help! Daycare goodbye presents

We are pulling DD out of daycare for a number of reasons some related to the center and some not. DD's favorite provider took another job a few weeks ago and we got her a gift card as a goodbye and good luck. This is someone who invited us to her child's birthday party and I anticipate continuing a relationship.
There are 4 other providers that have taken care of DD over the last 15 months. I feel close to the two who were in her infant room, and not as close to her current providers.
I'm looking for suggestions for goodbye/thank you gifts for the other 4. I think they should probably be of around the same value if not the same presents. DH thinks we should get the ones we like a more expensive present.
I would like to spend about $10 each, especially since DH is out of work (one of the reasons we are taking her out).

Any help would be great. DH and I keep knocking down each other's ideas.
