Massage tip etiquette?

I have been going to a massage place, for a full-body massage, as well as the chair massage place at the mall / grocery stores.

How much should I tip? How much do you usually tip?

The massage place has membership program, so the massage is discounted, do I tip based on the regular price or the discounted price?

I would tip off the regular price, just like at a restaurant. You're tipping for the therapist's time. I always tip 20%.
