so I found this one w/o the charms and it would be under 20 bux shipped but she has not listed a bangle for me only or even responded to my recent emails....she is probably bombarded w/ orders for mothers day.....

I found another similar bangle on etsy for around 25 shipped but she will take 3 weeks to ship!

Does anybody know where I can find a bracelet like this for significantly less than the 40 bux they want at james avery? I would like to stay in the 20 dollar range and I need the bracelet to be 7 inches not 8 inches and sterling silver...thanks!

I think $40 is pretty reasonable. This one is close to what you want, and is in stock, but is a little more than $40.

I actually bought the plain one from JA and returned it after I realized I could get the same exact thing from etsy for a lot less but I didn't anticipate the mother's day back log.... Guess I need to be patient.
