Default 10 most popular haircuts...What no Kate???

    http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/beaut...-time-1632425/

Have you ever had any of these? Anyone else a bit surprised the reversed mullet Kate made famous isn't in there? Dorothy Hammil's cut isn't on the list either which sort of surprises me.

I have definitely done Twiggy's pixie cut and Princess Di's feathered look. Most times I have some version of a bob, but keep thinking I might someday like a real style again.

Interesting. I have had the pixie, the sleek bob, the shag, the asymmetrical pageboy (Victoria Beckham) and, way back in middle school, the Princess Diana 'do.

ETA: The "Kate" is definitely memorable, but I wouldn't say it was popular. Thank God.

I had a bad version of the Princess Di cut in Junior high. The Blake Lively cut seems kind of generic "model" cut. Not sure that's an actual cut.

You cannot convince me that women are still requesting a Princess Di! It was cute back then, but come on.

I've had a bob and a pixie. Neither were my best moments!

I think for a haircut to be one of the most popular "of all time", many people have to sport it (or sported it). Off the top of my head, I have never seen anyone with the reversed mullet besides Kate.

I used to have the same haircut as Victoria Beckham. Long before she had it, LOL.

"of all time" not necessarily most popular right now.

What no Dorothy Hamill either?! Every girl my age from preschool till around the 2nd grade had the same cut, including myself!

I have had the Jennifer Anniston do for the better part of the last 15 yrs. It just works with my thick hair and thankfully doesn't look dated.

Yeah, that's not what the article says: "her cut is still popular with women in all age groups.".

    Um, no.

ETA: totally agree Dorothy Hamill should be in there!

I figured that meant it was picked by women as an iconic haircut, not that people were getting it cut now in wide numbers. I don't see a lot of people with Jennifer's hair anymore, nor Marilyn Monroe's or Farrah Fawcetts. But all of those seem more famous than some of the more popular and common cuts now.

And this is why the world needs good editors, to rewrite ambiguous sentences.
