    I am a little nervous about the Sharpies, but I think DS would enjoy doing this!

    they did this at ds's school- it was very cute. However, even properly heat setting didn't prevent the colors from fading significantly after 1 wash. keep in mind it's 3-5 minutes before you move on to the next, so to get that sort of full tie dye effect like the model, it would take hours. however, it is still cute to just do a few.
