I am trying not to freak out in case it is nothing serious but thought I'd see if anyone else had this happen to them.
I had implantation spotting on Saturday (14dpo), tested negative the next day. Then yesterday I got a BFP... so excited! Later in the day yesterday I started spotting, then it basically turned into what my typical period is like. Today same thing. My OB sent me for Beta hcg this morning and then repeat on Saturday morning. So now we'll see.
Anyone else have this happen? This is my third baby and I never had this with the other two pregnancies. So stressful!

It could have been a chemical pregnancy.

Wishing you the best...I am sorry if it's an early miscarriage. I did spot with my first pregnancy but it wasn't like a period. Hope you get good answers!
