    I think this thread clearly reminds us that every woman's body is different and every pregnancy is different. And don't forget that each woman's unique health issues can be a factor in this phenomenon. Also, if you don't know you should (could!) be eating for two, that would be another reason why you might not gain much weight.

    I saw one in medical school. I can't go into details, but it was a very advanced pregnancy and a very surprised young woman.
