DD's fav for ages was "Are you my Mother?" she also loved "the Kissing Hand."
there's also "the Mommy Book" by Todd Parr. we love this!
one for when the questions start is "the Family Book" by Todd Parr. Every page is a description and adorable illustration of different types of families. "some families have a mom and a dad. some families have two moms. some families have grandparents. some families have stepparents. etc." it's fantastic!
