I do not, because if my child gets a reaction to a particular shot (including a fever of any kind), I want to know about it. Giving Tylenol before the shot would "mask" the fever.

We don't vax, but if we did I wouldn't give Tylenol either for the same reason as above. I too would WANT to know if my child was having a reaction.
I also wouldn't do it for the same reason posted in the articles-- it lowers the immune response, making the vaccine less effective.
The use of Tylenol in babies under the age of one has also been linked to an increase in asthma:

we dont treat before symptoms. Jack has had one vaccine and we waited and did not need pain/fever relief

Now that I've read about Tylenol and glutathione, I will try not to give it to any future DC ever and I won't give it anymore to my DS.
