Stroller help: travel stroller for 19 mo. old

Hi,
I need some help on choosing a stroller for my 19 mo. old DS. we are travelling to Europe and i want a lightweight stroller that has a canopy to keep him cool, a snack tray (one included or we can buy extra), a cup holder (again, included or buy as extra), a basket for storage and one that can recline enough for him to nap peacefully. He is a smaller boy (under 23lbs).

I was looking at the city micro, but the reviews are mixed around how comfortable it is...

any suggestions?

I'm hoping that you get some great responses as I'm looking for pretty much the same thing, except trying to spend around $100. Seems like the child's snack tray is one of the toughest things to find in a lightweight stroller. Hopefully we'll get some good responses. We need your help stroller experts!
