I am seriously considering getting a cruiser bike and pulling DS in a trailer, for a workout a couple days a week. My question is, is biking a good idea if you are kind of prone to constipation? It's not that bad, but I am prone. I know walking and running are better for me, and I do do those things, but would love to start bike riding a couple days a week. I have heard that some people do get constipated from it. Any thoughts?
