stroller with buggy board

I dont know what happened to my last post but here it goes again: first of all thank u all so much for all your advice. i dont think the buggy board will work bc my 6 year old is already 45 lbs. I am nervous to get a single bc I know they will fight over who sits. The link for the red BJCSD seemed like a good option but I want to know what model/year it is and how is it different from the elite and the newer models. i wish they had it in black for that price bc i dont like red. does it have the foam handle that falls apart? I know I can't get the best but I want the best! anyway thanks for all the advice keep it coming.

The red stroller is a 2009 Baby Jogger City Classic Double. It is an excellent double that is great for older kids because it has very tall seatbacks. I had one if you have questions.
