Thanks for your review! I wonder if these are the same concept? http://www.etsy.com/listing/55232544...and-sparkle-up

The esty ones look very similar.
Yes, they are pricey, but they work far, far better than anything I or my daughter have ever used. They aren't perfect, but our hair is telfon-like, no joke.
I have never in her 8 years had any type of headband last for longer than 5 minutes in her hair, I've tried EVERY type imaginable (elastic, rubbery elastic, plastic with teeth, wide plastic with teeth, rubbery and on and on).
She's worn a sweatyband for the past three days - including soccer. For us, the only way they could stay more, is if you used glue.
I'm probably going to make a few of my own.

So, is it the concensus that the thin ones hold hair better/stay in better?

I haven't seen them in a store, but there was a Sweaty Bands booth at an event I attended. I'm not in the same state as they are made in, so I assume the gals at the booth carry them in their local store?? Not sure.
They were the same price as online.
I ordered from Cambands on Etsy - they look cute. I will review when I get them!
