I saw this one and thought it might be it, but the bag is much bigger than the one the woman had. It was funny, though, because she definitely had some baby items in there- diapers, wipes, etc! I bet the woman that OP saw had a Valentino 'Rose' bag. There are several styles with the flower made out of ruffles. I can't post a link but Saks, Nordstrom and NM have them on their websites for $1,600 or more. They do go on sale but one would have to be truly rich to use one as a diaper bag.
