Did you see the post on Big Buddha bags on sale at ebags?

I took a quick peek and a lot of them had ruffles.

Steve Madden has a lot of handbags out now with ruffles. I have this in the clutch version. It's synthetic, but I couldn't pass it up:

I've been wondering, too. I've been obsessing over gunmetal ruffled bags!

No, not yet. I WILL though! I was all set to hunt for the perfect bag this week, but my kids had other plans (darn kids)! I still haven't made it to the mall. I have seen several women with the silver/gray/gunmetal color bags over the week and I love them all. I'll let you know which one I get! Hopefully it will be soon.

I picked one up this week that was that color for $10 at TJ Maxx!! No ruffles on it, but might be worth a look.

Thanks! I always forget about TJ Maxx. There is one right next to the mall, along with a Nordstrom Rack. I think I'll check that out, too.

I bet the woman that OP saw had a Valentino 'Rose' bag. There are several styles with the flower made out of ruffles. I can't post a link but Saks, Nordstrom and NM have them on their websites for $1,600 or more. They do go on sale but one would have to be truly rich to use one as a diaper bag.

Here's the link to Valentino 'Rose' Tote. Is that the bag that you saw?

Or was it more like this Valentino shopper

    There is also this version
