My selling not buying. I listed it on Craigslist. So far one person is interested but wonders if I could come closer to the city (which wouldn't be easy for me) and one person is really close but offered $20. Not sure if I should take that one or wait it out. I'm not in any hurry but I don't have much luck on Craigslist and maybe it's because I price too high? I don't think I do but maybe!
