Anyone use something like this stamp for somethings instead of shredding? I'm thinking for just getting rid of my name/address it would be nice and easy.

I don't know. Frankly, I'm not so worried about my address as it's listed eg. I just rip up the charity requests for money if there's no other identifiable information - should I be more worried about the address being left on something? I always shred anything else.
