Default Bedding Color for Lavender Room?

We may end up having to use furniture for the girls' room that my in-laws purchased. although nicely designed and excellent quality, it is not my taste at all. the furniture (including the head boards) is all a pale lavender color. i'm trying to find some nice bedding but i'm not sure which colors would look good with the lavender furniture. any ideas?

DD's room is a pale lavender and I think pink would go well with the lavender. Maybe something pink and white with a few lavender accents.
    I am looking at these:

I've been seeing a lot of plum with lavender and I think its a pretty combination. It compliments the lavender, as opposed to "matching" it or fighting it.

Green, a green in the same hue as lavender. They are both secondary colors. Or yellow, a contrasting color to lavender.

White, tan, cream, yellow, purple/blue, green (as pp mentioned in same hue) Treat it as a neutral and most solids will go or find a nice print with a little lavender or purple and it should work. I actually just bought the cutest coat for DD which is RED with Purple lining. Stunning. You never know what will work. I've always loved Navy and lavendar together too.

I love the soft pastels together. DD's room is lavender and a lot of her accents are either pink or brown. It looks nice.

DD's previous room (old house) had lavender walls, a PBK carpet with lavender and a soft sagey green, and then we used a twin quilt I already had in soft sage and cream. Looked cute together IMO.

You can totally do pink too.

Our girls' room is lavender and green, and it's really pretty. We got the idea from PBK.
