Default Feeding Chair for Grandmas, advice?

I'd like to get DD a booster chair that would stay at my mom's house (we visit several times a month). DD is currently 5 months and I would like something that would go from infant stage until she is a toddler, so preferably something that reclines. I don't want to spend a lot, I think $30 would be my maximum threshold. What should I get? I was thinking about this: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index...ductId=3687550
    TIA!

    We're getting this:

for that same purpose. It's seems small enough to be kept at Grandma's and seems to get rave reviews (although we haven't used it yet).

Although it doesn't recline. My LO is older, but even at 5 months, I don't know if the recline feature is necessary for Grandma's. Oh, maybe Grandma lives close to you, though, and you would use it more frequently.

We are at Grandmas, probably 1 to 2 times per month. Sometimes 3 or 4, so not a ton, but it would be used regularly.

This might be whacky but I'd at least think about a tripp trapp if you plan to keep visiting as it will be used for years and years?

This is what we have for both sets of grandparents' house. My MIL who watches DS, uses it everyday.
A very busy Mama to my two chiquitos.
    DS 11/08 and DD 7/10

I'm not sure why you would need a recline at any age? I believe one of the signs of readiness for solids is that you should be able to sit unassisted, and reclining while eating can cause choking. We had a FP Healthy Care High Chair (which we loved) but never used the recline feature at all and were kind of baffled by it. I have heard of some kids falling asleep in the high chair, but I would think that is really rare!

I would consider an IKEA Antilop high chair. They are lightweight and small (in case you have to carry it up from the basement or out of a closet), scoot right up to the table, and can be used from 6 months up through 2 or 3 years. If you want a tray for it in the early months, they are available but sold separately.

i don't see why you would need it to recline. no one eats reclined. i would get this:

we used it as our primary (well, our one and only) seat (from the day our dc started to eating until they were ready to sit in the dining chairs w/o it). i have one at our house and one at my parents' place. we used to take it to restaurants too. it folds easily and compactly, is light, and easy to set up/remove. love it! it is also easy to clean. the girls loved sitting at the table with us (we only occasionally used the tray, usually we just pulled them right up to the table).

i know many people who used the same seat and love it just as much as i do.

We have this- at our house and grandma's. Ours is white, green and blue- had adjustable heights. It's perfect for our needs- we have been using it exclusively at home- since DD turned 2 or so- she's 2.75 now. It is totally worth the small amt of money- have taken to friend's houses (who don't have kids), on trips to the beach, etc. DID I MENTION IT IS FABULOUS!!!
