Baby gifts off of etsy

I'm looking for a neat gift idea off of etsy to get a cousin. Budget $25 or so (willing to go over to pay shipping)

I was sort of looking at wooden blocks... but I don't know how appropriate that is so young. Though they do have sets that are "baby's first blocks" I'd like recommendations for folks that people have actually used though
