    DD (4 months)

My mom is buying each baby a Tiny Love playmat/gym
My MIL is buying them each a Bumbo

They'll probably get a few other things from the grandparents but those are the "big gifts."

    From Santa: Brite Starts Bouncer/Exersaucer

We're not really buying the babies presents, just filling up their stockings. Here's what DD will get in hers:

    Sophie
    Jacques the Peacock (Lamaze)
    HABA Trix
    Whoozit Tizoo
    Skwish
    Taggies Doll
    Red Raz-berry Teether
    Two pairs Babylegs
    Amber teething necklace
    This hat
Jame Avery sterling silver ornament (we buy one for each child each year...freaking expensive, but I look forward to giving them to them when they leave the house one day)

I'm also going to take DS1 to pick them each out a gift sometime this week.
    Stacy
    Wife to K
    Mommy to A (5) and twins E & S (1.5)

The biggest mistake I made is the one that most of us make...I did not live in the moment enough. I wish I had not been in such a hurry to get on to the next thing: dinner, bath, book bed. I wish I had treasured the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less. - Anna Quindlen

    Default Presents

I only have one child (20 months) and this is what she's getting:

    Santa:
Ikea Play Food-everything except the baking set and the dishes/silverware
Ikea Pots and Pans, Cooking Tools
Books-I Spy Christmas and The Color Kittens(this is a good book that captures her attention. We borrowed it from the library to the point where we met our quota for taking out a specific book)

Mom and Dad (this includes stocking):
Jammies (She's already wearing them. The temperature here dropped too much to not take them out.)
    Crayola Watercolors
    Play Kitchen
    Green Toys Plates/Utensils
    Baby Bottles for her Doll

    1st Set Grandparents:
    Books
Fisher Price Little Happy Sounds Home
    Some Playfood

    2nd Set Grandparents:
    Doll Bed
    Table and Chairs

    Others:
    Art Easel (maternal uncle)

This seems like a lot from us now that I inventory it, but we don't replace or buy toys and books throughout the year. Her birthday is in April and we're thinking of a sand/water table and an aquadoodle.

I have to stop coming to these boards or I'm going to go broke. All kidding aside, thank you everyone for the great ideas.
