Washing my Baby Jogger??

I have decided to dismantle my BJCED in order to wash it. From what I read the seats and canopy are washable but my question is how do I get the canopy off the canopy part of the frame? I have it off the stroller frame. To me it almost looks like I would have to unscrew something to get the canopy off the structured part of the canopy. Not sure if this makes sense at all or not. I'll call baby jogger in the morning to ask them if I can't find an answer. TIA!

I would just wash it as is. I did that with maclaren canopies. When my kids take bath, there's a whole bath tub of pretty much clean water left. SO I add some soap, and gently rub it onto the canopy, then swish around in the tub, and lay someplace to dry.

If you have a handheld shower head it might be even easier to wash off soap with it. Or just turn on the water in the tub faucet, and rinse that way.
