Yeah, it is an old recall, but then someone posted the same thing happened from one they bought in '08. How did you and your DC like it? Would you recommend it?

It was highly recommended to me by a child development specialist. She said it was her all time favorite toy for a child who has just learned to walk bc it can be used as a push toy and then later for so long after as a wagon...HTH. It's a great price!
