    DD is 2.

    Hits:
-DoodlePro (we had a travel sized one, got her a full sized one, and she hardly put it down all day)
-Automoblox mini truck (she loaded it up with jacks and pushed it around)
-the books "No, David" and "It's Christmas, David." Her daycare teacher told me how much she loved the book "No, David" and so I bought our own copy at the last minute. OMG, we read this book about a hundred times today, along with the Christmas book. She knows all the words. She has been a challenging toddler, so I think she really enjoys getting to see someone else be corrected all the time, KWIM?
    -Polly Pocket
-MiniKick scooter, though we only got out for a few minutes today since it is snowing.

    Misses:
-Baby doll (from MIL, I could have told her it would go over like a lead balloon )
ETA: Twilight Turtle - she says it is too bright and asks to turn it off before bedtime.

    Ds (17 months):

    Hits:

Pop-up tunnel...lots of fun for kids and adults (and big sister!)
Sister's Kidkraft dollhouse and all the Barbie stuff. If it was pink and girly, he was all over it!
His Mickey Mouse phone with pop-up ears. Very cute and not annoying.
His Mickey laptop. The kid LOVES all things Mickey. He kept signing "thank you"!

    Misses:

Books, but I think it's only because there was too much else going on.
clothes, but he's too young to care.
Stuffed Mickey wearing Christmas pj's. Thought he'd love that, but maybe there was too much happening.

All in all, a success...but there's more tomorrow.

Wooden trains. (yes totally repackaged from T's collection that he stopped playing with a couple of years ago)
Duplo sets (one from Santa, one smaller one from his brother)
    Yellow dump truck from grandpa

Misses- nothing thus far, he likes it all and was soooooooo excited with each package. He insisted on reading every book he opened right after he opened it, before returning to unwrapping.

I can see this. My DS, who is the same age, can't work the Plasma Car. It is a bit advanced for a 2yo.

Since one just does not simply walk into Mordor, I say we form a conga line and dance our way in.
Excuse me, are you in a play?
