    I've noticed a little build up on mine (we just started using it) so was wondering about filtered water.

    You might check which kind of water your grocery refill center uses. Some are just "filtered" but my HFS has a reverse osmosis machine and some do distilled. I can get it for 25c a gallon on refills. Much cheaper and much greener!
