    The promotion expired at midnight CST, just as I tried to place the order at 10:01 PST. This is the second time this has happened to me, and this time I was not as tired and upset, and thanks to BBB knew exactly what to do - I called Land's End CS. They were able to place my order over the phone and give me free shipping. 25% discount had to be processed via refund since some of the items I bought were too cheap to be adjusted any other way, which made me feel even better . And I was able to use my Sears store credit and get Sears Shop Your Way Rewards.
