I love the chicken salad (but sub dried cranberries for the grapes) and the make ahead muffin melts. I also just made a batch of the Tortilla Soup and it was reallly good.

I love her chicken salad too.

My dh loves the chicken spaghetti too. It was a lot of work for me, though, so I've only made it a couple of times.

I can't pick just one. My serious loves are:

    Chicken Pot Pie
    Corn Chowder http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...-with-chilies/
    Pizza Crust http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...avorite-pizza/
Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Quesadillas http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...e-quesadillas/
    Strawberry Shortcake Cake http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...shortcakecake/
    Chocolate Sheet Cake http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...e_best_chocol/
    ETA:
    This burger http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2...-ever-for-now/

I'm sure there are many more I have forgotten, too.

Most of the recipes mentioned so far are from her website - some recipes are on the web & in the cookbook, some are just in the cookbook. Out of the list I posted, the Chicken Pot Pie is only in the cookbook, the rest are all on the website (some in the cookbook too).
