Our family favorite is her Chicken Spaghetti. LOVE it!!

I love the chicken salad (but sub dried cranberries for the grapes) and the make ahead muffin melts. I also just made a batch of the Tortilla Soup and it was reallly good.

I love her chicken salad too.
My dh loves the chicken spaghetti too. It was a lot of work for me, though, so I've only made it a couple of times.

Most of the recipes mentioned so far are from her website - some recipes are on the web & in the cookbook, some are just in the cookbook.
