Crayola makes easy-to-grasp tub crayons; they are in the section with office supplies & crayons @ Walmart (not the toy section, go figure)

Also popular with my kids (1 & 5) is a pink plastic tea set that came with a tea pot, 2 tea cups, and a sugar bowl with lid. I got mine @ BRUs, but saw one @ Walmart the other day that looked just as good. Hours of fun with the tea set, I tell you.

Oh that boat looks nice!!! I have to admit I put most of the bath toys away because I got sick of the girls pouring water on the floor but I think I, er, they, need that boat...

my 3 year old still chooses to play with these. and i like that they don't hold water inside like some squeeze toys do so they don't get moldy/etc and they can be thrown in the dishwasher.

Our 21 mo old has squirt toys, a windup plane and a few plastic cups/bowls. He only plays with the cups/bowls. All the time. Pour water from one cup into another. Empty. Repeat.

I will fourth the yookidoo rec. It is so great. DS got it for xmas, and we actually use it a lot in the sink in the kitchen too (he likes to play in the water while I cook).

yookidoo also makes a fountain looking thing too that looks interesting.
