I adore this fondant seller...she has the cutest stuff for kids cakes! We ordered some for DD's first birthday and they turned out so great:

Wow! You guys have found some really good stuff--and totally different than what I shop for. Great ideas

I bought some stationary recently for a baby gift and was pleased. It came packaged for gift giving which was really nice

That's a tough combination. They're pretty gentle, no real grip, other than the tension of the band (which isn't a lot). I bought them as a gentler and more attractive alternative to the black goodie elastics I usually use. I'd wouldn't say they're terrible for slippage, but they're not the best either.

I do like the personalized necklaces listed by Sally but I need something waterproof for an everyday/all the time necklace.

I just ordered these....although it was a 3 set sampler....I hope DH loves it for V-day. The seller was really easy to work with and responded to my questions very quickly.

I am also interested in the hair ties!

    Fun thread!
I know you said you didn't want hand stamped mom jewlery, but I got this recently (except with one disc and one flower), and really like it for everyday. Let us know what you end up finding for an everyday necklace (non-mom).

Anyone have an etsy site to recommend for invitations?

And any other recommendations for a fairly simple party dress, with ruffle pants or something similar for a 1 year old?

    Thanks!

she did my ds's birth announcements and I was very happy with them - very quick turnaround and she made a few modifications to her sample for me.

I mostly lurk lately but had to chime in. P. Made my daughter the most gorgeous red taffeta dress with a leopard print sash and handd muff for the recent father/daughter dance. It was a custom order. I described by email what I envisioned and what arrived was breathtaking. I have my eye on the little girls coat with the carved buttons.
