Default What do your kids drink all day besides water and milk?

I am asking for older kids like my 7 year old. I think its worse this week because we are home most of the time as its school vacation week, but I have been noticing that my 7 year old wants to drink too much juice. I have hidden the juice boxes and explained that he can have 1 a day. He does drink water and milk but we realy need somethig healthy that he can sip throughtout the day. This does not happen when we are out or he is in school, but its hard since we are home a lot this week. Any ideas on what I should do? I have been thinking about this for a while now.

    thanks, Jessica.

My 9 year old really only drinks milk and water. She does not like most juices, although she has some occasionally in the summer, because we keep them in the garage refrigerator.

Milk with meals and water the rest of the time. Those are typically the only choices.

Mostly water, milk maybe once a day. I do give juice but not even every day. We have started letting them have vanilla or chocolate almond milk sometimes as a treat. And we do a lot of smoothies with just fruit and yogurt.

Both my kids (ages 5 and 8) dislike juice so all they drink is either water or milk.

Chocolate milk, sometimes lemonade or flavored Capri Sun water.

Only milk and filtered water here. Roaring Waters by Capri Sun or bottled water as "emergency" drinks.

My 9 and 7 year olds drink water and milk throughout the day, with a glass of diluted OJ at breakfast.

We love making smoothies with yogurt and fruit, but I think of them more as a snack than a beverage.

Water and milk only here. Every once in awhile they can have a glass of diluted (50/50) OJ with breakfast.

We just don't give other options around here.
