Default Using facial primer and moisturizer - "?" of order

I understand that my BE make-up will stay put much longer if I use a primer (or the Monistat version that was discussed around the holidays).

Do I apply the primer before, after or in lieu of my moisturizer??? I really need to moisturize (besides, it has SPF) but I cannot figure out when to do that step.

    TIA!

it's usually a final layer since the silicone creates a smooth and grippy base. I would allow your moisturizer to sink in well though before doing the primer.

    Moisturizer followed by primer.

Moisturize right out of shower or after washing face, then do something else for a few minutes, get dressed, brush teeth, whatever - then primer
