Does the Saddle bag fit well on the lower part of the BJCM on the back?

anyone know how it fits on a mac quest with the little do hickies (hinge protectors?)?? or a cam??

I was able to attach and fold my old Mac Quest just fine with both the hinge protectors and the SH saddle bag. I just some slack on the velcro straps of the saddle bag.
I don't have any experience with the other strollers, but lots of posters in the stroller forum use the SH saddle bags.
